Caroline Volandt-Rider, President/Creative Director Caroline is the creative voice behind Two Rider Design. Having spent over 10 years delivering award-winning graphical design and corporate identity services to a variety of corporate and non-profit clients, Caroline has the experience and imagination necessary to bring your company’s vision to life. By founding Two Rider Design in 1998, she not only established an outlet for her many creative energies, but also fulfilled her dream of building the type of company that embodies her philosophy that strong customer relationships create strong corporate design. Caroline previously worked as an illustrator and graphic designer for several regional design firms before starting Two Rider Design. She is a founding member, and volunteer, for a regional non-profit that continues to support women in business: Women-In-Business.org. Caroline has a BFA, with a concentration in painting and drawing, from Salisbury University, Salisbury, MD. She has won several art awards throughout her career and continues to polish her craft as a fine artist in her free time. She also enjoys spending her time riding horses, painting, cooking, being outdoors and in the company of her family and friends.
